About me

Hello, I am Kath Finn.  Throughout my life I have enjoyed encouraging and supporting others and this has been a main theme in my portfolio career. I have coached a variety of people in sport throughout the last few years and really enjoy seeing people progress and achieve.  I particularly like watching confidence grow.  I am currently Head Coach for our local triathlon Club.

I coach for the long term, encouraging people to gain skills and knowledge to support themselves to be healthy, fit individuals year on year.  I coach for life before coaching to race.

I have cycled for over 30 years and enjoy many aspects of the sport including road riding, mountain biking and time trialling. I have competed in triathlon at GB Age Group level since 2014 at distances ranging from Olympic to Long Distance (Ironman length). I was European Long Distance Champion in the 55-59 age group in 2018, have podiumed eight other times at European or World level and raced in the Ironman World Championships, Nice, 2024.
